Can someone tell me what the stock timing is for a 91 5.0 with an automatic? And also where is the plug that needs to be unplugged so the computer wont advance the timing?

Plug should be near the distributor. Roughly 1 inch wide and should be gray in color. Think there's two wires coming out of it.
As for timing, try 12 and play with it from there. I know my cougar had a little more get up and go with 14, but I had to run premium gas or it pinged.
