5.0 - 99+ 4.6 swap

how hard would it be to do a swap from a 92 5.0 lx 5 spd and put in a 99+ SOHC 4.6 motor and 5 spd trans? i know you have to change the harness but what else would be needed to do it and what all special modifications/fabrication is needed? thanks in advance.

Off the top of my head you would need:

Complete wiring harnesses, 99+ computer, 99+ returnless style fuel tank & fuel lines, new k-member etc.
