92 conv frame problems help!!!!

Ok, so I have my mustang at the frame shop, the car has never been hit but the right side in the rear sat up about a 1/2 inche higher then the left. Suspension is all good so I know the car is alittle twisted from torque. He's tried to pull and tells me the car snaps right back even after going 40% more. So my question is will subframe connectors hold this. cause he says there gonna pull the frame and hold it,then mount the connectors? Sounds like to me the car is still going to snap back or they dont know what there doing????? thanks

If it were twisted from torque, the passenger side rear should be sitting down in height...not up.
