Do I need to have my computer reflashed after I"ve did some major motor changes such as bigger cam Edelbrock heads and 70 mm throttle body

You don't 're flash' our computers. You can 'chip' them but for the most part it's not needed unless you have an odd combination.

This is how you flash an ECC-IV computer.
As long as your car is a MAF year or has been converted, the Surging Idle checklist should be good enough.

How “big” is the cam. Does it run well right now?

I ran a 331, HCI,etc on stock ecu with matched maf and injectors. Car ran great.
