No. It's unique to the Mustang. Even the Mark 7 which has the 5.0 HO uses a different compressor.
The factory compressor is a Nippon-Denso 6P148A. You might be able to search around and see if it ever came on anything else, but the mounting ears, manifolds, etc may not be the same as the Mustang
Now if you are talking about Dealer Air (dealer installed A/C installed after vehicle is delivered) then it uses the Sanden SD709 which was used in various fords. However, it's pretty uncommon, and finding one will be tough.
