Is it true that with this intake you do not need the EGR spacer? I think I heard that somewhere but didn't know if it was true. Save a couple bucks there if it is true. I'd like to upgrade my intake here soon and think the Cobra is a good choice for the money. Do you agree?

Car is just street driven.

it's built in on the cobra. its a good intake, it's pretty good all around until you start making serious hp. so it all depends on your plans.

well if you break 350 horsepower, just port it ,

but yeah cobra's are perfect for street driven cars

Yeah, I don't plan to really take the car over 350 when all is said and done... I just want to have a quick street car, maybe take it to tha track every once in awhile

sounds good, 50resto looks like they have a good deal on them... $400 seems like a pretty good price for a new one

I love my Cobra intake. Makes good power. I just wish I could have lucked into the 358w I picked up before I bought most of the parts in my sig. Check into Summit. I got mine delivered cheaper than $400.

i would also consider an explorer upper/lower. The lower is the same, but i heard the upper doesn't flow quiet as well as the Cobra, but you can definitely find them for a lot cheaper (used)
