YUP thats her car, I grew up with her husband and he was driving that run, I have the in car vid of that same run.

You know it seemed like my 2ND gear was or seemed to be stronger than his/hers. We kept pretty even in 3rd, but it was only an 1/8th track so I was only in 3rd for a short time. Long enough to see that light , light up on my side.

My 07 GT ran 13.73 @ 100+ bone stock. Now traps over 105 in 100+ degree heat. Can't wait to get back to the track this fall and see the numbers drop.

I talked to him today and he didn't wanna race its an 06 not an 07 and it has a K&n but i think i could talk him into it later on...I can drive ok best when im by myself I just slam the **** out of it hope it don't break but hey it sounds like its an auto with a shiftkit when I i speed shift.When i powershift all it will do is spin all thoughout second and and a long bark into third.Everone tells me it good for 8.70s or 8.80s

I ran a lightly modded 5 speed fox at the track a month ago, I had him from the time the lights went till the finish. It was still close, only trapped 6 mph quicker then he did. It could be close depending on mods to both cars and driver ability. The auto cars don't wake up till halfway through 2nd, then 3rd just gets the car absolutely moving. Never driven a 5 speed S197, so I have no idea how they react off the line.

i outran an 06 saleen 5spd in the 1/8th mile. his 8.89 to my 8.67
