I'm thinking about purchasing a ZEX wet 75-125 kit for my 93 LX 5.0L. I have a few questions regarding fuel systems to support the nitrous. Mods also in sig.

First off, I have 24lb injectors, but I assume that I won't need to upgrade the injectors because it is as wet system, and uses fuel to mix with the nitrous.

Second, my stock 88 lph pump would obviously not get the job done. Could I just install an inline fuel pump and be okay, or would I have to go into the tank and replace the existing fuel pump?

Third, I know it would be wise to get a good tune, but would it be necessary? I know there is a risk of completely trashing the motor without one, but the ZEX kit comes with a timing retard system I believe.

Thanks for your help.

Put a 255lph pump in the tank and you'll be fine, better in the long run than a pusher pump.

While a tune or atleast some dyno pulls would be great to see how it is, you should be fine with the ZEX kit, just follow there settings. Swap plug down one range colder and gap them down to .035"-.040"

youll be a bottle junkie in no time.... invest in a bottle blanket and blow down tube as well

Alrighty I'm gonna pick up some NGK #7317 which are one step colder. I'll grab a Walbro GSS307 255 lph pump too.

As far as the nitrous kit itself goes, I'm strongly leaning towards a Harris Speed Works Sudden Impact wet kit. It looks like a very nice kit for the money.
