Hey guys new to this site. Im only 19 and me and a few buddies swapped my 3.8l and t5 into another 94 v6 with an auto tranny but we are having problems with the electrical. I can't get the damn thing to start without jumping the solenoid. I have the auto cpu in there still. the NSS and CSS i tried looping them both but still nothing. I tried bringing the other tranny over and hooking up the auto harness with the auto tranny and still nothing. The only thing left i think is a blown fuse. for some reason we jumped to all the harder stuff first. what do you guys think it could be?

There might be a compatibility problem between the engine and the tranny- maybe in the lockout that prevents the car from being started without the tranny in Park. Maybe try finding those wires on the original harness and try to start the car with them shorted.
It might also be an anti-theft issue, although I think that works with the ignition, so it would probably crank but not fire.
