Hey guys I’ve looked and looked but I can’t seem to find it, but I have a 2.3l 88 foxbody and I like it. I’ve been recently trying to do a t5 tranny swap on it. The problem is I struggle finding the things for the 2.3l. Are there any strategies to help find it or website thst could help find it because these cars are getting older and older haha. Any help would be much appreciated!

I know there are some minor differences through the year but I think a WC-T5 will bolt in.

If that's incorrect, somebody in this section will know and call it out.

Moved to the Fox section. Welcome Aboard! :SN:

Jas to be a 4 cylinder t5....and bellhousing. You'll need a flywheel and clutch assembly. The pedal assembly from a v8 will work. The hardest part to find is a 4 cylinder bellhousing. They usually get tossed out.

IIrc, the four cylinder T5 uses a different pilot bearing than the 5.0 version. The clutch cable set up is different. Otherwise, I think both T5s can fit a 5.0 car. I did an auto to T5 swap on an 89 auto car, with a complete 91 donor setup and it worked fine.
