i bought a street short block from ad performance with flat tops i have promaxx 185 60 cc heads trick flow stage 1 cam professional products intake that we port matched i am being told i should make 400 + hp does this sound true to you guys i dont have it completely assembled yet but it will be soon

Probably close to 400hp at the crank maybe.....but like madspeed stated, about 330-340hp at the wheels

yes i was talking flywheel hp isnt that what fords hp ratings are from the factory

I'm thinking at least 400hp with a 347. My 306 is rated at 390hp.

yea its 10.5 to 1 my buddy thats doin my porting work and helping me put it together thinks i will get around 450 hp thats what im hoping for thats sounds like a good runnin 306

Yea with that kind of compression and the other work your doing I think you should be right there. I got my 306 from Blueprint Engines I'm not a racer or anything and probably don't need 390hp but I liked the price and the warranty. Good luck on your 347 should be a beast.
