94 GT Conv window problems

I purchased a 94 gt 2 weeks ago and have yet to figure out my window issue. The right front works, right rear and left rear will only go one direction if i reverse the polarity they will go the other direction. Drivers window doesnt work at all, I can hear a click but no action. Anyone have any answers? thanks

can't help you with the rear windows, but the clicking is probably bad motor bushings. really easy/cheap to fix. write up below:

you can use 1/4" nuts instead of the bushings.
