Now at times while pulling up to stop light or just idling she wants to die. What should I do next to help with this? Thanks! Onesharpstang

Check the easy things first like exhaust leaks and vacuum leaks and read the codes - it's easy to knock a vacuum hose lose, I've done it before. Next up, did you do something to address the CEL that gets thrown on a missing EGR? If you did, I'd look at resetting your idle and EEC to see where that gets you - http://www.mustang-tech.org/wiki/94-95_Mustangs_Tuning_Idle.
