I pulled my codes and i got 122,553, I read that 122 has to do with the tps low voltage. but what does 553 mean? Is it a sensor or what? Could it cause my car to barely go, hesitate, then get up and then go back to acting ****ty.

Okay, what is the correct readings? and do i just move the tb by hand while the engines off? and "deadspot" would that be like as i'm moving the tb theirs no reading on the dmm?
The DMM should show a linear sweep from ~1V to ~5V. Yes, open the TB as slowly as you can so you can see every increment. If the reading falls to zero or does something weird and then comes back up, you've found an issue (deadspot).
