94 Mustang GT is getting some mods, What kinda HP can i expect?

So far all i have is an offroad h pipe w/ cat back. I plan on ordering MAC Headers this week along with 4.10 gears and a gt40 intake manifold. This weekend I'm going to put together a homemade cai for a little better air flow for now. I also plan on getting pulleys sometime this month. Are there any other reasonably cheap mods you might recommend and with these parts I've listed what kind of HP and 1/4 Mile times could i expect? My friend goes to school for cars so he said he could do my heads for me there. Should i expect a boost in HP from that? Ok last question, what size TB should i get, i was thinking 70mm and will new injectors help me? My mustang only has about 30k miles on it, so i'm just trying to keep it down to bolt ons for now. I was also wondering would I benefit from a cam with this setup and if so, what kind of cam would you recommend?

You might want to think about heads and an intake.

full exhaust, cai, pulleys, intake manifold, tb, mass air, u should be around 245 rwhp, 290+ rwtq, u should do heads/cam at the same time, new injectors will not give you horsepower, im only going with 24#'s because of the mass air flow, its calibrated for 24# injectors, but i am also getting an afpr to even it out
