Forced Induction 94 Mustang GT WG/BOV vac line help.

I have an on3performance turbo system with a wastegate and BOV. I bought the kit 2nd hand maybe 3rd. It has the on 3 wastegate and bov. The problem im having is I dont know how to run the vacume lines. The bov has one port in top and the wastegate has one port on top and one on the side. I found some install instructions on lmr's site but they were not very detailed. Any help would be much appreciated.
