Electrical 95 Ford Mustang V6: No power to injectors

I've been dealing with this a few weeks now (inclimate weather). My car shut off while I was idling in traffic. I recently did a motor swap, I bored a 3.8 into a 4.3. My friend who helped put the car together, put my modded taurus fans back on, but neglected to tell me he tied off two positive wires, an orng/blue and a red/orng from the existing cooling fan. Along with the improper was of tightening my starter wires. Wires are okay now, but the car wont turn over. Its got fuel (hardwired it for testing purposes), fire (tested by timing light), and starts when I hit it with starter fluid. But it gets more interesting, I can no longer use the obd2 port for readings. I changed the ccrm and still nothing. The starter used to engage itself continuously after starting the vehicle, until I remove the terminal, and start it jumping the clutch. Any ideas?
