Got a 95 gt stick shift a week ago. Ran fine till a day ago. Key wasn't turning to start position only run. Was a screw driver start because key was broken inside lock cylinder. Swapped it out for new cylinder. Still doesn't turn to run and the key is stuck in the cylinder. Comes out when it's not installed but not when installed. Please help.

It sounds like it's not properly aligned when installed. Take off the whole top column plastic surround cover so you can really see in there, and make sure the rectangle slot the new cylinder goes into is in the proper position when sliding the new cylinder in. I just did this myself. Can be a little tricky but proper alignment when installing is crucial.
