95 Gt Manual Key Stuck And Also Doesn't Turn To Start

It sounds like it's not properly aligned when installed. Take off the whole top column plastic surround cover so you can really see in there, and make sure the rectangle slot the new cylinder goes into is in the proper position when sliding the new cylinder in. I just did this myself. Can be a little tricky but proper alignment when installing is crucial.
