change gear oil last night, and I dint note it have a rear sway bar. and I dont see any bracket missing either, is some 95 gt dont come with rear sway bar ?

It's safe to drive without a sway bar, but your cornering performance will suffer. Since you don't seem to have one at all (rather than a broken one), you may just not have noticed it and thought that's how all Mustangs handle around corners.

Your going to be hard pressed to find a stock replacement. I'll be getting rid of mine when I put on an anti roll bar but thats a ways off. I'm not sure if ford sells a stock replacement, most places sell just upgraded aftermarket sway bars. If your dead set on getting a stock one go to a pick and pay junk yard and pull one off any 94-98 Mustang

Steeda sells a factory replacement type bar. They made it because the factory ones have a tendancy to break where they bolt to the control arms if you manhandle them at the track. Supposedly their design is improved where it bolts to the control arms.

damn, its $200 through steeda. They consider it an upgrade over the factory swaybar but Id check out junk yards first. Even if you had to pull it off yourself its 4 bolts with a standard size socket.

Call Mustang Parts Specialties for a stock one. They will definately have one. It's just too damn hard to find a Mustang in a junk yard these days.

I was looking awhile ago and it is not that easy. But spending $200 is not to easy on the wallet either lol especially when you only need a factory replacement. Id still try some ford dealerships as well

They all come with rear sway bars. The rear sway bar bolts to the lower control arms on both sides, should be two empty holes on yours then.

Mine didn't come with a rear sway bar and neither did any of the other Japanese-spec '94-'95 GT's that were imported into the UAE. With the suspension upgrades that I've done, there's very little body roll and the car handles beautifully so I don't feel that I'm missing out anyway.

By the way, just in case anyone is interested I came upon a stock sway bar for a 4.6 Mustang. I think it's for a New Edge. I was just going to scrap it unless someone needed it.
