95 Mustang Clutch Switch BY-PASS

Ok fella's I think I have wired my clutch safety switch (bypass) incorrectly because the switch is faulty which is causing my car not to start. There are 2 Connectors that plug into the clutch switch and im not sure which wires to butt-splice together to bypass the switch. I basically looked at the 2 connectors plugged into the clutch switch and just butt spliced connector 1's wires directly across to the other connector 2's wires is this correct or should I have just but spliced connector 1's wires together and also connector 2's wires together instead of cris-crossing them? any info would be greatly appreciated thanks. Here's a blurry image but the best i could do of my current setup and I do not get the 6volts to the starter which the current configuration, I also checked the Ignition switch and its functioning perfect as well as the starter relay was replaced.

Think I goofed this up

Well after looking thru wiring diagrams and my chiltons manual I think I have goofed this up. I think that the Red/White Striped wire should have just jumped down to the other wire on the same connector and not criss crossed. I believe the other connector is for the Cruise controller stuff. I will try this shortly and see if that solves my problem.

Ok Wiring is correct

Ok after fixing that I now have it wired correctly I assume the other connector can just stay open (black connector with BLUE/YELLOW & RED/LT GREY) wires. I think thats something for the Cruise control or something else. Ok Twisted the two you said together also metered it and show 12.5volts coming across those wires so all is good from ignition across the clutch switch. now still not starting so I went under the car and checked my Big RED Power cable to the starter that has the 12volts to it straight from the battery and is always live. also checked my ground under there and it is also good. so I said hrm Removed the starter and tested it manually out of the car with the battery to see if I could bump it and it also does work out of the vehical. Now here is my question I metered the other (S Wire I think it is called) which connects to the starters Selonoid via a little black connector to see how much juice I get across that when the key is turned to the start position. Im only metereding literally 1.9/2.0 volts. I would Imagine I would need another 12v's down there. so What could this be? Could this be a falty Starter Relay (Which I did just purchase recently from FORD) or what. im completely stumped here. any help would be greatly appreciated

OK u have a starter relay in the battery junction box( underhood fuse panel), if u look at fuse panel with power hook up on left it will be second relay from right. The W/PK wire u just fixed feeds the coil side of the relay when it energizes it closed the switch side of the relay so current can flow to solenoid on starter.
The switch side of the relay comes from a 40amp fuse, first one on the top left in the battery junction box on Yellow wire then goes to solenoid on another W/PK wire. Make sure your relay is energizing,or swap relays with another one in the box and see if that corrects it and check the 40amp fuse. If ok then u have a wiring problem.

Do you happen to know what the voltage reading should be at the starter on the W/PK Wire thats going to the starters Selenoid? I will try another relay today and see if this gives me more juice down below. such a pain in the rear-end.

Man .. haha you are def the man I wont be able to test anything until possibly tomorrow with switching around the relays. this has me so damn bummed haha been thru every wiring diagram and trouble shooting technique I could possibly think of. im leaning towards either an open circuit or the relay is shot thanks so much for the help man I owe you a drink.
