he are some pics of a 95 GT master cylinder mounted in the engine bay of my 68. I am looking for a MC to use in my disc brake conversion and this one seems to fit the bill and I had it laying around from my parts car.

My 68 has the Wilwood front brake kit #140-4304B and the complete rear axle assembly out the 95 GT, disc brakes and all. I removed the 95 booster and used the pushrod from the 68 drum MC. SO far everything lokks to be fine.

Does anyone know for sure what size bore the 95 MC is? I think it is 1-1/16". After I finish mocking up everything on the firewall I will smooth and repaint it. Then I will plumb the brake lines and let everyone know how it works.

If the pics don't show up hit F5 to refresh the screen. Sometimes my picture server is a little slow.

make sure you run some sort of adjustable proportioning valve. there's no way the built in bias for a 94 GT is the same as your setup.

I plan on using the Wilwood prop valve.

what type of export brace is that and where can i get one?

I made it from 1.25" angle, scrap plate, and 1" OD DOM Tubing. Total cost was about $10.00 and an evenings work.

Yes I have thought about a brake booster. The one that was attached to the MC (stock 95) was way to big and did not fit. I think I will try it like this and then if pedal effort is too high I will track down a fox booster that I believe is pretty small.
