96 Cobra Long tubes ,Hooker vs BBK - Fit + Trans Removal ?

I have a 96 Cobra , About to install a Vortech S trim ,

Is it true the Hooker headers allow for tranny removal without trouble ?
I see an advantage w/ the 3" collector also

BBK headers are another option , But if i have to remove them to change the clutch , I would say they are probably not worth it.

Anyone with either headers on their ride please give me your opinion, Thanks Denny

I was able to get my trans out fine in my 2000 with jet hot L/T that are modeled after the hookers. Once you have the trans out just cut a couple of the tabs off the bell housing it will make life easier installing it again.
I am pulling my trans again next week it needs rebuilding.
