96 cobra not running real well

hey guys i have a 96 cobra and the other day the car would start and wouldnt stay running so i waited and started it and it started and was fine for about 2 days, went to leave the inlaws and the car would start and idle but would not take gas. so i checked the fuel pressure and it was about 8lbs and the pump didnt sound right so i put a new pump in and now it will run but under a load it dies. anybody have any ideas?

it has a new pump and filter,new tps, about the only thing i can think of is the regulator being it wont hold above 10 lbs of pressure while the car is idling...im gonna get a new one tommorow
