96 cobra stalling out

I just got a 96 cobra about a week ago and everytime i come down my driveway, the car just stalls out. I was told that it could be a vac leak that was causing it... and i had a vac leak... but it was fixed. The car still stalls when i come down my steep driveway. Today, i went to the bank at the drive up atm and as i was waiting in line, the car started bogging out like it was gonna die again so i gave it gas til i could leave the bank. Once i left, everything was fine. The car doesnt die while i'm sitting at a light or at a stop sign. I dunno... i'm confused. If anyone knows what might be causing this please let me know. No codes came up when i had it tested. so maybe it's something small? any info. would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Mine was acting similar, stalling when I would slow to a stop. It was the IAC valve.

Check your TPS voltage, should be around .98 to .99 key on and engine off. Should be middle wire on TPS plug. Tap into it and check it out.

Thanks for the info. guys I'm having a couple of people i know up at Ford look into it for me. Maybe they'll be able to tell what's going on with the car.

Check the IMRC's cause my car would stall as well and I found that the IMRC's were stuck open/closed. If the check engine came on, get the code read. Also go do a fuel tune as well. When I did that it fixed my stalling problem too.
