K, just an update.... kinda just remembered that without vacuum I checked the fuel pressure by jumpering the fuel pump test circuit to get to base of 39 psi. But when I checked it with the engine running/no vacuum, vacuum plugged. It was more like 36 psi. So I adjusted it up to about 39-40ish.
ENGINE RUNNING CODES WERE:
41 AND 13
THEY ARE NOW
92 AND 13
I backed off the fuel pressure to 38... noticed it had kinda jumped to 42 probably when I tightened the regulator nut. And re-checked the Engine Running Codes...

So tomorrow I am going to slowly increase it by .5 at a time hovering around 39psi until hopefully I get neither 41 or 92.
I have to mess with the idle speed motor again. Is there anything I can do with it off the car to check it's function?
