96 Off 21,41,13 Please Help! Anyone?

I swapped O2 sensors on the passenger side assuming that code 41 would possibly disappear. But it didn't! Any help would be great!

Vacuum is good! In the good area on my vacuum gauge!

K, just an update.... kinda just remembered that without vacuum I checked the fuel pressure by jumpering the fuel pump test circuit to get to base of 39 psi. But when I checked it with the engine running/no vacuum, vacuum plugged. It was more like 36 psi. So I adjusted it up to about 39-40ish.


ENGINE RUNNING CODES WERE:
41 AND 13

THEY ARE NOW
92 AND 13

I backed off the fuel pressure to 38... noticed it had kinda jumped to 42 probably when I tightened the regulator nut. And re-checked the Engine Running Codes...

THEY ARE NOW
41 AND 13.

So tomorrow I am going to slowly increase it by .5 at a time hovering around 39psi until hopefully I get neither 41 or 92.

I have to mess with the idle speed motor again. Is there anything I can do with it off the car to check it's function?
