96 Roush Side Skirts

I recieved my urethane roush side skirts and dont know if they are supposed to go over the pre-exsisting skirts or do i take them off and put the new ones on. If anyone can assist me with this it would greatly appreciated. does anyone have andy instructions possibly as well?

you need to take the existing ones off. Use 3m two sided tape to hold them on along with screws by the wheels
