96 sits low on one side

i noticed that my 96 cobra was sitting a little low on the driverside. i ran a line from the peak of all 4 fenderwells to the ground. the driverside sits about a 1/2 inch lower than the passenger side. i also noticed that the car has koni yellows on all 4 corners. could it be that they were not installed correctly/evenly? how can i fix this? could it be anything else? thanks.

Dunno why it did that buy my 96 sat low on the passenger side front. Never could figure out why. It did it before and after I put Motorsport C springs in so I really got no clue Sorry for not helping, just relaying my experience.

You might want to check the upper and lower spring isolators. Make sure they are not damaged. Mine had worn through.

Also, the rear springs must be properly "clocked" to sit correctly.
The end of the spring should point to the drivers side at the back on both left and right springs. If not in this position, the natural angle of the spring bottom will cause the car to sit crooked.

so the end of both springs should point towards the driver side. what do you mean by at the back? are both springs identically wound? does each spring end point in the same direction if the spring end is at the back? or are they opposed and driver and passenger-side specific?

Yes the springs are identically wound. So,

The end of the spring should be at the rear when the spring is in the mount and pointing to the drivers side of the vehicle.

ok thanks. i hope that's the problem. it's feasable that whoever installed the Konis re-installed the springs incorrectly. i'll take a look when i have time.
