98 4.6 in a 99, quesitons. pelase help!

Heres the deal, I have a 99 v6 auto....a month ago i got a full 98 4.6 with 70k on it for $500 with everything. since i have gotten a t-45 from an 2001 gt with 40k on it and bbk o/r x and a mac flopath catback. I got 99 fuel rails and 01 harness and computer. my question is, what else will i need? drive shaft? speedo? and what will the issue be with the PATS when my cars all done. the motor came with a ZOOM clutch already ont he fly wheel, should this work with the t45? and is there any other issues i need to know about?

you may want to upgrade to a 8.8" rear end. your stock 7" won't last long if you like to get on the gas. you will need to get a custom chip for the 01 computer.
