98 gt, heads and trans

Hi guys, looking to buying a new mustang. Just sold my '91. If I pick up a 98 Gt will the pi heads, and intake be a direct fit? Also would the tr3650 be a direct fit? I am not looking to spend the money to buy a '02 plus mustang and was hoping i caould make a nice '98 that I am looking at. Thanks.

I'mnot sure about the heads and intake being a direct swap, but I know for sure that the cross member for the tranny will not work. When we did this swap to our 98 we had to custom fab one that would work. To our knowlage there was not a aftermarket company selling the cross member that we needed. Here is a link to the car:
