98 Mustang GT 4.6

Ok, think I have it figured out. I looked very closely at #7 connecting rod and it looked like it is.bent a little, not for sure, but it didn't move or look like the other ones. I rotated the crank as much as possible for about 30 minutes. 3 stupid questions, should I replace all the connecting rods, can the pistons be removed from the bottom end, and the new bearings are .50, what size rods and caps should I order?
