98 to 00 engine swap

What is involved in swapping a 98 3.8 with a 00 3.8? The 2000 engine is complete from top to bottom.

Are you going to do it yourself? If not..why would you do it? It would be better in the long run to just put a V8 in it...or sell it and buy a cheap GT...
