who has a 98 gt and used thier fog lights before? I know they work causeI checked but they dont light up a damn thing I would be better off if I used a 10$ mag light
They seem to work ok when it is very dark like a lonely country road at night. If there are street lights, a lot of cars, etc. you won't notice anything, IMHO.
Pretty much the fogs are just driving lights, there is no use in them but to be seen better or just to look nice. Not saying that all fog lights are like this, just our fog lights.
ON a related note, ever notice how on 99+ the fogs are flush with the bumper but on 94-98's they are reccesed. I recently added a new bolt and spacer, looks great, very subtle.

jeez you know I've never noticed that, the bolt/spacer idea is pretty cool though
If you want your fog lights to do something, order the clear fogs from mustangtuning.com and run silverstar bulbs in them... it makes a noticeable difference
