99-04 convertible seats - do they fit in 92' vert?

Hello all,

Somewhere I had heard that 99-04 convertible seats (both v6 and GT) could be put into a fox convertible Mustang with no problems, anyone out there hear the same thing?

Please let me know either way. Thanks.
