99-04 wheel lug nut torque

Need to re-torque the lug nuts and need to know how many foot-pounds. I checked the manual and didnt find an answer!

80-90 ft/lbs always re-check the lugs on an aluminum rim a few days after installing...

I torque mine to 105ft lbs.

I do 50, 75 and then 100 in a star pattern.

They are to be tourqed at 105LBS

factory torque spec is 80-105 ft-lbs.

do us all a favour and buy a torque wrench, even a cheap one from harbor freight will work for lugnuts.

i use my 1/2" drive calibrated breaker bar... going untill i feel they are tight enough... which i have found to be roughly 90ft-lb...

Last week i did mine at 100ft lbs with a tq. stick.

We do have one . I just dont use it for lug nuts...only think we torque with it are everything in the bottom end of an engine, and the heads.

hmm, i have 10 and use them on everything, but ive never had a botl break or strip from my doing.

I put mine on at 3800ftlbs so they dont get stolen, and because im huge.
