99 Cobra Headlight relay?

Is there a relay for the high/low on this car? I thought my bulb was bad and replaced it.Worked until I switched it to high and it went out.You could hear a click up by the fuse box.I wiggled the back of the bulb and it came back on but went out again as soon as I went to high beams again. It makes it very unpleasant to drive at night,which now starts at about 5 here now!Any ideas are appreciated.I finally got it into the 12's ...12.967 @ 113 mph.
