99 cobra lack of performance questions

Im sure everyone knows the 99 cobras had problems with performance due to intake and exuast problems. I was wondering how to know mine has had the fixes. I called svt and gave them my vin and they said it had been fixed. However, the sticker they explained was not there. Are there any visible indications that would further prove it had been fixed. Ide also like to see pictures of the sticker if anyone has one.

How much real wheel horsepower should I expect to see on my 99 cobra which has a bbk cold air intake with high flow filter (fenderwell style), custom chip, bassani high flow x pipe, flowmaster mufflers, and underdrive pulleys. No fix done as far as I know? thx
