99 F350 Fuse Box Diagram

The other day when I hit a speed bump in my girlfriends complex my cluster and heater control lights went out. I opened the fuse box and found a broken fuse but upon replacing it the lights still will not work. Does anyone know a website or have a diagram that will tell me which fuse is to what? I do not have my owners manual so I dont know whats to what. Any help would be appreciated.

Well the fuse that was blown was from my lighter. I took the cluster off and nothing looked wrong and I crawled under the truck and found no ground wires out of place but I dont exactly know what to look for. Anyone have ANY cluse what is the next step? I dont want to have to take this thing into the shop.
