99 GT w/Engine problems: Asking price??

* I just put in a remanufactured T54
* 5.0 Shifter
* Magnaflow exhast and BBK X pipe
* Cold air kit and 70mm Throttle body
* 373's in the rear
* Tires are nearly new
* Front breaks are new rear breaks fair.
* The body is clean with only a few scratches.
* Alpine 9518
* Alpine alarm

Any help is much appreciated..
