I have purchased a mustang instrument cluster that I want to swap for the stock one I have in my 99 mustang. When I pkug it in the theft like is blinking rapidly and the car won't start.... is there any way to reset os configure the cluster to allow my car to start? ANy suggestion son what is keeping it from starting? I figured it would just be an easy unplug the old one and plug in the new one.... HELP?!?!?!
