Is it possible to put a 03 cobra front end on our cars? It's the same platform right?

Didnt u see the "03 cobra bumper" abc has for our cars?

IF you do the bumper...the real one...you gotta do their hood. Their fenders. Their doors. Alll the way back lol. Unless you fab it up and "round" off the edges to fit our body lines.

Good luck

As was said, yes it can be done but the expense involved would be huge as ever body panel would have to be replaced to do it right. Dugan racing did this a few years back. The one GREAT thing you'd have if you did this would be the ability to put some MONSTEROUS wheels and tires out back since our rear ends are narrower than the 99-up and their fenders flare out a little more. You'd be able to put a wheel with one hell of a lip on there.

Well what I was thinking about doing was keeping our fenders, Getting the 99up headlight panel and mounting their headlights on our car cause I love the clear smoked headlights. Something about a one peice headlight makes everything in the world better. I don't necessarily want the front bumper off of an 03 because ABC now makes that bumper molded to our cars, but I want to convert the headlights. Any ideas? I know the fender will have to be molded to the lights a little bit, but that would be fine.

Sure it could be done....but at what expense. The 99+ healights do look good with the more angular dimentions of the 99+ cars, but I think they'd look bad with our smoother edges. Tim Allen Had our front end put on his fox body so I'm sure you could do the newer one on ours, just would take a butt load of cash to do it.

That would be fine? How about the bumper being remolded too? And how about everyother corner being smooth and the headlights being sharp?

It COULD work...but man o man you would have to be a GOOD body man to make it look GOOD. Wait for a better looking set of 1piece headlights for our years or just stick with what ya got man.

and look bro....

The inner headlight edge doesnt slope up towards the hood at the same angle as ours does. That would throw the bumper lines off. And the corner hits that sharp edge that matches the hood/fender line...something out cars dont "highlight" like the 99+ do so it will look odd.

Either you go all 99+ or you go 94-98. But i dont blame you...i wanted to "try" to put the 03 cobra spoiler on our decklid. It could work...but at the cost and fab work, will it work AND look good?
