A Arms and springs

Well I'm not using either the k member or A Arms. the only thing I have read is that the mounting portion of the strut might move around a bit inside the MM CC plates, because it is 0.619" not 0.629" like the stock Fox Body strut. Unless the nut is really tight it might make a little noise.

I'm hoping I can get these Tokicos anyway. Saves money, and I'm getting a better brand, or at least that's what it seems like.

Tokico's are great. If those don't work out I would recommend the Tokico Blue's. They are are a great shock and you can are affordable.

Those look pretty good. Although I really like the fact the the Stranges are adjustable.

So I fixed my car. Tried the correct approach to putting the A arms in and it went smoothly. I just didn't know what I was doing, but that's why I'm doing this...learning experiences. I wasn't able to get the sway bar in because of the rusted bolts. I didn't have the correct tools or time to fiddle with it, so I just fixed what I could. New end links and bushings, springs, and A arms.

Once I fixed it I met with the guy from craigslist who had the Tokicos. And this is how it turned out:

94/95 mustang radiator+fan = $200
Fox Body replacement fan and fan clutch = $120
Tokico Illumina Struts and shocks = $600
Centerforce Stage 2 clutch w/ pressure plate and flywheel = $450
BBK Caster Camber Plates = $210
Random interior parts = $100
Total = Somewhere around $1600 new

Craigslist is awesome and there are still cool people in this world...

because I got it all barely used for $300....

If we can replace an individual part (like a bearing plate), we will. If not, we replace the whole thing. No hassle.

I've run several sets of UPR cc-plates on my own vehicles with perfect reliability.

I can send these AJEs back, I have all the info to do so, with no issues from LateModelRestoration.

BUT

I can get these arms to fit according to LatemodelRestoration and AJE, if I put the car on the ground first before installing the sway bar bolt......That isn't how I was told by others or what my chilton's suggested, but after all, these are aftermarket.

In any case, I'd go ahead and buy a new sway bar, so I'd be purchasing new struts, sway bar, and CC plates. I can't find any other A Arms that have a spring cup, unless I get the bolt on ones...I don't like that idea too much. Plus I already have these.

I'm pretty set on those parts. I've heard good things about the Struts. My buddy ran them on his '03 Cobra.

Sway bars:

OR just get this now....(below) So Either spend 300 and save $70 on the Eibach kit, or go MM and Steeda and save $10 buck on the Eibach kit

The more I think about it the more I like the MM route.

If not that, then I need to do some more searching to find other A Arms. I've decided to not go coil overs, because it is a daily driver, and I've heard coil overs clunk. Plus I already have springs.

I guess my suggestion comes too late:

Go to your local Junk Yard and pull another set of stock A-arms / Control Arm off a car there. If you were local to me I could tell you were at least three cars are with them sitting on them.

lol... found a sweet deal on some eibach pro lowering springs- $90 for the set.... .. Now I'll need to buy new struts, shocks, and rear UCA/LCA...... It never ends spending money on these cars does it?

Yeah, that's what I go a while back, the EIBACH pro kit for 90 bucks. Still black with minor paint peel on the bottom.
