let me just say im not interested in bashes or "you should, you cant, or this is stupid" responses it's happening and that's all there is to it
Now, what im doing is via my 408w into my 99 'vert. Im wanting to keep the a/c system, however the compressor (FS10 style) on the 3.8 looks completely diff than the old compressor on the 351w setup, (Sanden style)
Looking up some of the stats on my FS10 it shows it's used from '96-'06, so now im wondering if it was used any on the rare pushrod motors of those years.
So does anyone know a compressor year / make that fits the 351w setup and provides correct PSI and flow for the 99 system?
OR a way to incorporate the 99 style compressor into the 351 pulley setup? I cant figure a way to make sure it's all aligned with the other pulleys or I would try that, not to mention custom brakets are always a PITA.
