A/C fitting/coupling removal question

I'm trying to replace the orifice tube on my A/C but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to remove the spring lock line fitting to get to it. I'm thinking I may need one of these tools http://www.shopping-today.net/carstore/productdetails/28540

Anybody done this before care to offer some advice? How can I get these fittings/couplings apart?

go to advance auto and get a ford fuel/ac line fitting tool. costs like 5.98....i bought one the other day. works like a charm, but it will need a little muscle to get the line apart

Yes you do need that tool and make sure you take off the metal clip on the line then pull it apart.
