Ok so I spent a better part of last Sat. replacing most every part to the A/C and filled it up and as it does work the damn liquid line rubs the BBK header in one location and the whole line itself is pretty close to it. I know that this has got to play a neg role on the A/C system and my question is there any sort of insulator I can wrap around the liquid line? Someting that wont melt because those BBK's get really freaking hot.

An aluminum heat shield held in place by hose clamps might be the answer. You will to fab your own piece of aluminum to fit.
