a/c removal

ok well my ac is shot and i cant afford all the new harware for it. so my question is if i remove the ac and its plumbing will i loose my heat ability too. i dont really understand that part. thx for yalls help.

no man.....the heat has to do with the circulation of the water thru the engine and not the a/c...they r totally unrelated....i just bought a 95 gt as well and some guy that had it before me put like 8 drywall screws in my a/c compressor....need less to say it doesnt cool my car anymore........
