It appears that it has been “shaved“. You can see the crack around the recess where they probably just filled it in w/ Bondo.
I gotta say, that for whatever reason the Video maker decided to show me how to point a pressure washer, and vacuum out carpet ( that I woulda just thrown away w/ all of that nasty sht still on it) That was 18:02 minutes more than anyone needed to see. It coulda be a “ before and after“ in 30 seconds.
Two things though.
1. Even after all the cleaning, It’s still a nasty place to have to start.
2. but it appeared to be a rust free kinda nasty. Shows to go ya, there are still rust free cars out there, especially in the south.
