Here are somepics of my (not so) beastly engine. As you can see the new headers have not discolored just yet after about a week of beating on it, they have a few fingerprints howeverthat I guess I didn't scrub. Next up is polishing of the brackets, alternator(might paint to match upper intake) and P/s pump. Let me know what you think!

I would paint the valve covers and accessory brackets the same color as the upper intake. Otherwise it looks good.

It's come alongish way since you first saw it huh pacecar?
I had planned on getting an aftermarket set of valve covers, but I am broke! I need to pull them anyway, I found a leak on the back of the pass. VC when I was doing the headers. Maybe I'll pull them and paint 'em up.

I polished the IAC and the intake plaque. I am polishing my MAF and the little black adaptor you see in the pic as I type this, should be good and shinytomorrow!

sweet...i polished the wheels on my 91 SC a couple weeks after i bought it...that sucked you must have alot of patience!

not really lol, I do a little section,then get on here(which is what I amdoing now) or something else, then go back.

I'd almost get a set of those aluminum finned covers that say ford racing or whatever on them, paint them the same as your intake but leave the fins silver...that would set it off nicely i think
