A few HVAC system questions

Hey guys,

I've got some crazy plans rolling around in my head, but I need some info to see if any of it is reasonable.

1. Does anyone know what the approximate vacuum pressure the valves for the vent/floor/defrost need to actuate? That is, what (negative) pressure are the colored lines that run to them under when selected by the switch?

2. What size are those lines? I think someone said 1/8" inside diameter?
